What we collect

To create an account, we ask for a nickname and an email address, and nothing else — no real name, no birthdate, no address. We ask which broad age range (e.g. "7-9") a player is in only so we can recommend suitable games; we don't collect an exact birthdate.

How we sign you in

We don't use passwords. Signing in works by emailing a one-time link to the address on the account. Because many of our players are children, we treat the verified email as belonging to a parent or guardian managing the account on the child's behalf.

Advertising and tracking

GenioPlay does not show third-party ads and does not use cross-site tracking cookies. We use only the cookies strictly necessary to run the site (like remembering your session or language choice).

Your data

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time. Account self-service tools for this are still being built — until then, contact us and we will handle the request manually.
